In 2004, International Truck came to McKinney and Company with a problem. Their business was growing and they were quickly running out of room–something needed to change. McKinney and Company’s team worked on a solution whereby International Truck’s physical capacity could grow while the employee environment went undisturbed.

McKinney and International Truck worked together and decided the most efficient solution would be to find a new home. The Northlake Business Park in Hanover County, Virginia was selected. McKinney provided full-service design of an 80,000 sf building designed to be a dealership, garage for repair and parts, and sales headquarters for International Truck.

International Truck is a leading producer of mid-range diesel engines, medium and heavy trucks, severe service vehicles, and parts and service sold under the International ® brand. The company also is a private label designer and manufacturer of diesel engines for the pickup truck, van and SUV markets.
