Richmond-based developer plans to build large warehouse in Chesterfield

This warehouse building at Enterchange at Northlake Industrial Park in Hanover County is leased to Amazon. Devon USA's is planning to build a warehouse at the James River Logistics Center that is identical in size and scope to this one that Devon developed in 2017 at Enterchange.
