Wholesome Harvest Baking (formerly Maple Leaf Bakery) is a 216.000 SF manufacturing plant and office located on a 23-acre site in the Roanoke Centre for Industry and Technology (RCIT). McKinney has been working on projects at the plant since 1998, including two separate plant expansions of 29,000 SF in 2000, a 34,000 SF production expansion in 2003, a 4,000 SF expansion plus a production line renovation in 2016, and a 1,000 SF addition in 2017.

The expansions to the existing building featured two production lines, a quality control laboratory, training facilities and a -10 degrees Fahrenheit freezer.
